Our coaching team brings Team England honours, Worlds experience and a shared belief: every athlete deserves to feel like a star.
Gym Owner and Coach
PK has been part of cheer for 17 years and is now lucky enough to run her own programme in her home town. Highlights include placing 5th at Worlds 2019 with Team England’s first All Girl Premier team and captaining Team England in 2020–21. She has competed at the Cheerleading World Championships four times and coached multiple international teams. Away from the gym, PK works as a systems engineer with an aerospace background.
Head Coach
Fin has been cheerleading for almost 8 years, earning consecutive selections for Team England and winning gold with the junior coed advanced team in 2022. Having coached three international teams, Fin’s focus is on helping every athlete accomplish their personal cheerleading goals.
Coach
Hattie brings 16 years of cheerleading experience and 7 years of coaching to Passion. She has competed at Worlds three times with Coventry Dynamite’s Ammunition and BombSquad, and represented Team England in 2023. A PE and Sports Coaching Science graduate from the University of Worcester now pursuing a PGCE in PE teaching, Hattie focuses on creating a high-energy environment where every cheerleader can thrive.

4 years coaching, 11 years cheering, competed at Summit, NCA and Worlds three times so far. My favourite part of coaching is seeing each athlete grow in confidence and watching them fall in love with the sport just as I did when I was their age. Watching my athletes get excited over hitting new skills makes coaching so rewarding.
Coach
Elicia McCalla has been involved in cheerleading for 10 years and has spent the last 5 years coaching athletes of all ages. She is an ICU World Gold Champion with Team England Youth All Girl Medium (2022), has competed at Summit where her team placed 7th in the world, and has also competed at NCA and the Cheerleading Worlds on four occasions. Her favourite competition is the Bournemouth FC Beach Internationals. Elicia is passionate about inspiring young athletes to fall in love with the sport and helping them achieve goals they never thought possible. Seeing athletes grow in confidence, develop their skills, and succeed is what motivates her most. Fun fact: she has never broken a bone, although she has torn her ACL!

I bring 19 years of cheerleading experience and 2 years of coaching at Passion! I have competed at Worlds with Prophecy! I am a primary school teacher with lots of commitment and enjoyment for everything I do 💜

I am an 8x World Champion in all-star dance with over 16 years of training within both dance and cheer. Over 10 years of coaching experience has taught me how to build relationships with athletes from all lifestyles and to show them that success is always possible. My ambition as a coach for Passion is to inspire the next generation of athletes while continuing to promote excellence within the sport.

Junior Coach
Hey, I’m Diva and I’ve been cheering and dancing since I was 3 years old, winning both regional and national titles, and have also competed on international stages. This sport has been a massive part of my life, and I’m passionate about guiding young athletes through their cheer journeys and the life lessons that can be learned along the way.
Junior Coach
I have been cheerleading since I was 6 years old. I started off doing classes that taught me the basic cheerleading skills, and then progressed onto a prep team. By the next season I had made it onto my first all-star team, and I have been cheerleading ever since. I’m now 13 and have competed at all-star Worlds in Florida on a level 3 team. This season, as well as competing on a U14 team and a senior co-ed team, I have also been coaching a tiny prep team.

Hi, I’m Tamzin, and I’ve been involved in cheerleading since I was 12 years old. Throughout my cheer journey, I’ve had the incredible opportunity to compete at The Cheerleading Worlds 4 times, as well as compete at Summit. My passion for the sport extends beyond competing. I love being part of a programme that helps athletes grow both on and off the mat. One of my favourite things about my role is being able to showcase the hard work, dedication and progress of our athletes through social media, capturing the growth and achievements of our programme. It’s so rewarding to watch athletes develop their skills, build confidence and celebrate their successes, and I love sharing those moments with our community!
